By signing the digital agreement, you agree to:

• House rules accessible via your member profile

4. Member Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• All activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where necessary.

5. Use of Premises

5.1 Conduct

All members and guests must:

• Behave respectfully toward staff and other patrons

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Follow house rules at all times

5.2 Guests

• Guests must be accompanied by a member at all times

• Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests

5.3 Right of Refusal

• Remove any individual from the premises

6. Payments & Fees

Membership fees and other charges:

• Are payable as outlined in the membership agreement

• May be subject to change with notice

Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are non-refundable

7. Membership Suspension, Pausing, and Termination

8. Lockers & Personal Property

Where lockers or storage are provided:

• Use is subject to availability and membership terms

• Members are responsible for their stored items

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

Unclaimed or abandoned property may be handled in accordance with our policies.

9. Acceptable Use of Website & Platform

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems

• Interfere with the platform’s functionality
